Watering

In 2008, the HOA installed an area wide underground sprinkling system covering all Common Property. . The system is designed to water grass and trees, but not foundation plantings. However some plants and shrubs may receive water during the normal watering cycle.

The system operates from May to early October and is supervised by the Landscape Committee. A system maintenance contract is in place. The system is controlled by a master station and is not operable by individual homeowners. The hours of operation are generally from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, five days of the week. It takes the whole night for the system to cycle through the entire property. The amount of watering will vary depending on the amount of rainfall or lack thereof.

Our maintenance contract provides for monthly area wide inspections at which time individual owners can request sprinkler head adjustments. However, anytime a problem is noted, please notify our Property Manager at Foster-Premier.
