Landscaping and General Maintenance

The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of all trees , shrubs, grass and structures on HOA Common property. The latter includes streets, sidewalks, lights,mailboxes,entrance monuments and other structures. It does not include driveways or upkeep of individual homes.

The HOA contracts with a landscaping company to perform the required service during the period from 4/15 to 10/15. The landscaping includes grass mowing,edging,shrub pruning, pest control, fertilization, mulching, removal of leaves and yard waste and annual core aeration. Tree services include tree /branch removal and replacement as necessary at the discretion of the Landscape Committee.

Residents may opt out or supplement landscaping service for their own property at their own expense but are required to perform routine maintenance on a timely basis. Replacement of existing foundation plantings are the responsibility of individual homeowners.

Changes to the basic landscape plan or requests for additional plantings on common property, require formal approval of the Board using the Alterations/Additions form, found under the Library heading, in Community Documents.
