
Alterations and Additions
Permission for Property Changes
Any changes to the exterior of a Single Family Home or the landscaping there on requires the approval of the Homeowners Association (Board of Directors). An Alterations/Additions form must be completed and submitted with appropriate supporting documentation to the Property Manager. Follow the instructions on the form. The form need not be completed for plantings on homeowner property around their patio.
