This website is designed to facilitate communication between the residents of the Haverford Homeowners Association and to allow residents an effective means of obtaining information about the neighborhood and the community. It also offers non-residents excellent information about our fantastic community should they be thinking of joining our neighborhood.

We have revamped it so owners only need a password when viewing the Resident Directory. This is done to protect owners' privacy.

To All Haverford Homeowners:
Please be advised that the Haverford HOA election scheduled for Wednesday, September 16 has been rescheduled.

The election will be conducted at a later date with all five open director positions included in the election.The election, and a regular Board meeting will be conducted in October at 7:00pm in the Glenview Public Library.

The proposed 2027 Budget will be presented at the meeting.

A notice will be sent to all homeowners once the new election date has been reserved, along with the appropriate election materials.

While all owners are invited to attend meetings, they are allowed to participate only during the open forum. The open forum will be at the beginning of the meeting for approximately 10-15 minutes, and is an opportunity for owners to voice their concerns about the community and to give the Board input about the overall operation of the association.

Owners who wish to have their monthly assessment deducted automatically from their bank account may click on the link below to get more information, and see the bank authorization form to be used for this. Authorization For Automatic Payment Of Assessments
Owners who would like to have their names in the Resident Directory may use this form: Owner info for Resident Directory. This Directory is password protected.

The forms may be printed, completed, and sent to Foster Premier.

The Library (now password free!) section contains the Community Declaration, HOA Board meeting minutes, monthly financials, documents regarding rules regulations, and other community documents. Automatic payment setup forms and the request for Additions Alterations are also in the Library section.
